  • The Air A Med EZ Figure 8 Ankle Brace has been designed to assist in the treatment of ankle sprains/strains, and/or chronic ankle instabilities. The sleek design of the brace allows for it to easily be worn in a shoe for all-day support. Optimal strength and stability is achieved through the use of a durable, thin, and non-stretch nylon material. The use of a perforated and breathable flex mesh provides optimal comfort.

    The goal of this brace is to provide stability to the ankle joint by limiting inversion, eversion, and rotation. It accomplishes this by first having an EZ Pull Tie lacing system that is designed to offer a customizable level of compression through easy-to-grip pull tabs. Next, bilateral adjustable straps wrap under the arch of the foot to ensure a tight fit while a heel lock secures the brace into place. Finally, a 3” elastic cuff strap secures the superior portion of the brace and provides additional compression to help alleviate ankle pain. All straps are held by medical-grade hook and loop fasteners.

  • The Air A Med Recovery Ankle Brace was designed to assist in the treatment of ankle sprains, strains, tendon injuries, ankle instability, and/or osteoarthritis of the ankle and foot​​. The goal of this brace is to provide stability to the ankle joint by limiting inversion, eversion, and rotation. 

    The Recovery Ankle Brace is equipped with bilateral hinges to allow supported flexion and extension at the ankle joint. The step-down design gives the patient the ability to remove the extender and wear the base component in a shoe, as needed for support. 
    Our EZ Pull Tie lacing system is designed to offer a customizable level of compression over the foot through easy-to-grip pull tabs. An adjustable calf cuff strap secures the superior portion of the brace into place. The tabs and straps are held secure by medical grade hook and loop fasteners. The lining of the brace is equipped with circumferential deluxe padding to provide optimal comfort. The brace is able to be further customized to the patient via a moldable footplate

Our rigid bilateral thermodynamic shell provides medial and lateral support to the ankle joint by limiting inversion and eversion. The brace is fitted to the ankle by dual adjustable straps that are held secure by medical-grade hook and loop fasteners. Additional stability is provided by a third adjustable strap that wraps under the arch of the foot. 

    Pre-inflated bilateral air-gel bladders anatomically contour to the patient and provide the ankle joint with compression, support, and stability during the rehabilitation process. The padded gel bladder has temperature flexibility and can be utilized for cold therapy. ​This brace provides the ankle support, comfort, and stability during the rehabilitation process.

Additional stability is provided by a third adjustable strap that wraps under the arch of the foot. 

    Inflation, via the provided straw, allows the bilateral air-filled bladders to provide adjustable compression to the lower leg and ankle joint that can be customized throughout the rehabilitation process. The brace will anatomically contour and provide the ankle with optimal positioning and support during the rehabilitation process

The medial and lateral polymer uprights ensure ankle joint stability by limiting inversion and eversion. The brace has three adjustable straps, lined with comfort padding, that create a customizable fit. The straps are held secure by medical grade hook and loop fasteners. 

    The super lightweight, breathable, and low profile design allows it to be worn in footwear, by the footplate being placed under the removable insole of shoes, for all day support. To ensure optimal comfort, the lining of the brace is fitted with neoprene padding.
