EZ Figure 8 w/ Stays            

The Air A Med EZ Figure 8 Ankle Brace w/ Stays has been designed to assist in the treatment of ankle sprains/strains, and/or chronic ankle instabilities. The sleek design of the brace allows for it to easily be worn in a shoe for all-day support. Optimal strength and stability is achieved through the use of a durable, thin, and non-stretch nylon material. The use of a perforated and breathable flex mesh provides optimal comfort.

The goal of this brace is to provide stability to the ankle joint by limiting inversion, eversion, and rotation. It accomplishes this by first having an EZ Pull Tie lacing system that is designed to offer a customizable level of compression through easy-to-grip pull tabs. Next, bilateral adjustable straps wrap under the arch of the foot to ensure a tight fit while a heel lock secures the brace into place. A 3” elastic cuff strap secures the superior portion of the brace and provides additional compression to help alleviate ankle pain. All straps are held by medical-grade hook and loop fasteners. Finally, this brace features medial and lateral removable stays that ensure complete ankle stability.
