Standard Exo-Lite Back Brace    

The Air A Med Exo-Lite Back Brace is utilized in the treatment of lower back strains, chronic back pain, spinal instability, stenosis, and/or post-operative care. This lightweight mesh brace works to stabilize the spine and provide motion restriction and compression that alleviates acute pain and assists in the healing process. 

Our brace is equipped with an easy-to-use universal sizing system. The brace has several components that work in conjunction to offer both a customizable fit and optimal support. The universal sizing ranges from SM to 4XL, and we also offer an optional Exo-lite accessory kit that expands the brace range to encompass XXS-6X. Depending on the patient's size, the side arms can be “cut to size” or folded along the indicated lines. The horizontal compression of the lower back is achieved through our specially designed pulley system. Our compound pulley system works by utilizing triple woven nylon-string and easy-to-grip pull tabs to achieve optimal compression of the lower back. The dual pull tabs attach onto the side arms by utilizing medical grade hook and loop fasteners.
