The Air A Med Premium Dorsal Night Splint is specifically designed to hold your ankle joint at a 90° or more acute angle at night, which leads to the passive stretching of the Plantar Fascia and Achilles Tendon. This stretching alleviates morning pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis and/or Achilles Tendonitis.
Our brace features an adjustable low-profile Dorsi-Flexion strap that allows customization of the degree of stretching past 90° to a more acute angle. The lightweight and breathable design is facilitated by a polyester/cotton blend that offers circumferential padding. The added benefit of the heel lock ensures stability of the brace when worn at night. While designed as a nightwear brace, it is also equipped with a skid resistant traction gel for enhanced nighttime mobility if needed.
